Payment 

Payment for courses is due ASAP to secure your place.

Payment for individual and group sessions is due at the appointment. This can be done through cash or online transfer.

Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions:

If you’re unable to attend a booked appointment, please let me know with as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee charge. Non-attendance of your appointment without prior communication will be charged at full rate. Outstanding payments for missed/cancelled sessions must be settled before any further sessions can be attended.

 

Planned sessions which are going to be outside: sessions go ahead in all weathers except those that present a safety risk, i.e. torrential rain, snow, ice, high winds and thunder storms. In the case of the above, either an inside space is to be found, the session can focus on theory without equine involvement, an inside space used or the session is postponed. Please speak with me directly in the above cases so we can make arrangements.

 

Cancellation Policy for Courses, Workshops, Demos and other events:

To cancel a place on an event, notice of cancellation must be given by email to jenny@equinecentred.com. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the start of the course you will receive a full refund minus any deposits made.

 

Cancellations after 30 days prior to the course will be charged at full rate, unless someone can be found to fill your place.

 

Insurance:
I am fully insured through Balens and have appropriate professional memberships for the services I provide. I have an enhanced DBS check clear. I remain up-to-date with first aid, child protection and CPD.
